Hello, I’m Lynsey! A pastors wife, former teacher, and mom of three with a B.S in Mental Health Counseling. In November of 2023 God gave me the idea for a health + wellness book for girls rooted in a both scripture and biology. After years as a teacher and youth pastor’s wife I realized the need for an uncomplicated resource for girls to learn the importance of caring for and understanding their bodies. With chapters on physical development, hygiene, diet and lifestyle, to pregnancy the message of Real Feminine is to inspire moms, mentors and daughters to passionately live out God’s purpose with their physical and spiritual health.

A few facts about me:

-I have one daughter Gracelynn, 9 and two sons, Cruz 6, and Jaxon 4.

-My husband and I pastor Bellshire Assembly in North Nashville. Together we’ve been in full time ministry for over 11 years!

-My perfect day = coffee downtown, a good long hike, and dinner + cookie dough ice cream with the family!
