FAQ’s

Book 1 is recommended for girls ages 10+. The chapters of the first book include what God things about girls, an introduction to health and wellness, caring for your body and understanding puberty, God’s design for sex, and pregnancy. Book 2 (coming February 2026!) includes deeper topics such as mental health, abortion, God’s gift of sex within marriage, identity, and birth and may be best fit for girls 14+. Ultimately you know your daughter best and can decide the appropriate age for introducing each book- however, I recommend you read through each book first!

Real Feminine is written from an evangelical perspective and biblical worldview. Foundational beliefs such as the Bible as the inspired Word of God, the fall and imperfection of man, salvation as a gift offered by grace through faith, and the calling to live out the Great Commission. Throughout the book topics such as life beginning at conception, only two genders assigned by God at birth, sex as a gift within marriage and between one man and woman for life are confronted with scripture and biblical accuracy.

A weekend experience that brings the book to life! The weekend in a box is a continuation of the books including chapter questions and mom/daughter challenges, a scratch off scavenger hunt, letter to the mom’s, and matching gift. Perfect for planning a memorable weekend away with your girl!
