FAQ’s

Book 1 is recommended for girls ages 10+. The chapters of the first book include God’s intention and design in creating girls, an introduction to health and wellness, caring for your body and understanding puberty, God’s design for sex, pregnancy and more. Book 2 (coming summer 2026) includes topics on mental health, abortion, God’s gift of sex within marriage, identity, and birth and is best for girls 14+. Ultimately as the parent or mentor, you will decide the appropriate age for introducing each book.

Real Feminine is written from an evangelical perspective and biblical worldview. Foundational beliefs such as the Bible as the inspired Word of God, the fall and imperfection of man, salvation as a gift offered by grace through faith, and the calling to live out the Great Commission. Throughout the book topics such as life beginning at conception, only two genders assigned by God at birth, sex as a gift within marriage and between one man and woman for life are confronted with scripture and biblical accuracy.

Individually: I recommend spending a day on each chapter, as well as using the chapter guide available in the weekend in a box.

As a Group: Gather other moms & mentors and walk through the book with your girls in a small group setting!
