FAQ’s

Book 1 is recommended for girls ages 10+.

The first book includes chapters on: God’s intention & design in creating girls, an intro to health and wellness, nutrition and skin care, understanding puberty, God’s design for sex, pregnancy and more.

Volume 2 (coming 2026) will include topics on mental health, abortion, God’s gift of sex within marriage, identity, birth, etc and is best for girls 14+.

Ultimately as the parent or mentor you will decide the appropriate age for introducing each book, however I recommend you read first!

Real Feminine is a non-denominational resource written from an evangelical perspective and biblical worldview.

Foundational themes throughout the book include: the Bible as the inspired Word of God, the fall and imperfection of man, salvation as a gift offered by grace through faith, and the calling to live out the Great Commission.

Throughout the book topics such as life beginning at conception, only two genders assigned by God at birth, and sex as a gift within marriage and between one man and woman for life are confronted with scripture and biblical accuracy.

Individually: I recommend spending a day on each chapter, as well as using the chapter guide available in the weekend in a box!

As a Group: RF can be done in a church small group setting or with other moms & mentors!
